The name “Capio” is the Greek word for rent, but to Casey Judkins, a licensed real estate agent for Capio Leasing, they go above and beyond simply finding rental properties. He explains that in this competitive housing market, both location and amenities must be considered.

Capio Leasing works with over 100 properties, predominantly in Houston's inner loop like Greenway Plaza as well as the affluent Memorial and the Museum District. The apartment units are on the high end of the rental spectrum and offer many upscale features including gourmet kitchens, granite countertops, hard wood flooring, a fitness center, billiards lounge with pool tables, televisions, Wifi stations and resort style pools with cabanas and spa.
